Well, thanks to my sister-in-law, who took Kira for us, we went and saw Avatar in IMAX3D again! We saw it on opening day and Rob enjoyed it so much, he bribed me into going back with him before Alice in Wonderland takes it’s place this Friday in the IMAX. I enjoyed it too, the scenery is spectacular but I really could have waited to see it again on Blu ray! I’m not too keen on 3D movies, I hate wearing the glasses and it just doesn’t feel natural to me. I can handle the nice short movies like Mickey’s PhilharMagic but when I have to sit there for over 2 hours, my vision goes a little wonky and the 3D part gets really old, really fast.
It was a good movie though and Rob loved seeing it again so all-in-all, it was a good date night!
