Rob and Kira left on Friday for a 6-hour road trip to see Rob’s grandparents in Saskatchewan. His grandfather is not doing very well health-wise so he wanted to make sure he saw him and it was important for him to bring Kira. I don’t travel so well in a vehicle so I stayed back and had a nice quiet weekend. I was just looking at the photos they took (yes, they) and I found one I wanted to share. When I saw it, it made me smile

Oh, so cute. Great photo too!! What a great Dad Rob must be to take Kira off on a trip by himself. I’m still not sure my dh would do that and my girls are 8 and 11
